As a partner and co-founder of Terabit Communications, Russell has over 15 years of domestic and international sales and sales management experience in ISP and OSP communications infrastructures. He helped build the Communications Division of one of the nation's largest manufacturers rep firms from inception to $35M in revenue in 9 southeastern states; held positions as Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager for ADC Telecommunications, Inc., consistently selling over $13M annually and earning Century Club and President's Citation Awards for exceeding quota and most products sold globally; and, worked as a Senior Staff Member for the Florida House of Representatives learning the value of networking and coalition building. Russell holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, an M.B.A. in Finance/Marketing from Rollins College, and has been an RCDD since 2000. Russell manages all principal relationships and key accounts in CO, NM, and AZ.

As a partner and co-founder of Terabit Communications, Bob has over 10 years of telecommunications sales and applications engineering experience focused on the RBOC, IOC, IXC, Metro-ring, and enterprise markets in the Western U.S. Region. As a Sr. Account Manager for ADC Telecommunications, Bob managed the growth of key accounts including Qwest, CenturyTel, Level3, and AT&T. Bob's expertise in building and developing both domestic and international channel and end user relationships helped him earn positions on the prestigious ADC President's Advisory Council, the President's Citation, and the Century Club award for consistently exceeding $80M quotas year over year. Bob holds a B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Bob manages key accounts in CO, ID, MT, UT, and WY, and provides technological support and direction to the Company.

Steve has over 16 years of sales and management experience serving the telecom and aerospace/defense markets in the Western U.S. region for test equipment companies such as TTC (now JDSU), Digital Lightwave, and Sunrise Telecom. Steve has held positions of Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales having personally staffed and trained top performing field sales teams producing over $25M in revenue. Over the course of his career, Steve has won President's Club, Top Performer, Top Gun, and Top Dog awards after consistently exceeding revenue targets. Steve has a BSEE from the University of New Hampshire, and will be managing sales efforts in AZ, CA, HI, and NV.
