As a partner and founder of Terabit Communications, Russell has over 20 years of domestic and international sales and management experience in ISP and OSP communications infrastructures. He helped build one of the nation's largest manufacturer agency's communications division from inception to over $35M in annual sales in nine southeastern states; held positions as Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, and Executive Account Manager for ADC Telecommunications, Inc., consistently selling over $13M annually and earning Century Club and President's Citation Awards for exceeding quota and most products sold in the Broadcast market category globally; and, worked as a Senior Staff member of the Florida House of Representatives learning the values of network and coalition building in the political process. Russell holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, an MBA in Finance/Marketing from Rollins College, and held an RCDD certification from 2000 - 2008. Russell manages principal relationships and key accounts.

As a partner and co-founder of Terabit Communications, Bob has over 15 years of telecommunications sales and applications engineering experience focused on the RBOC, IOC, IXC, Metro-Ring, and Enterprise markets in the western and mid-western United States. As a Senior Account Manager for ADC Telecommunications, Inc., Bob managed the growth of key accounts including Qwest, CenturyTel, Level3, and AT&T. Bob's expertise in building and developing both domestic and international channel and end user relationships helped him earn positions on the prestigious ADC President's Advisory Council, President's Citation, and the Century Club Awards for consistently exceeding $80M in quotas year over year. Bob holds a B.A. and M.B.A. in Business from the University of Wisconsin. Bob manages key accounts and provides technological support and direction for the Company.
